It displays a topmost, transparent mouse cursor (done in paint *ahem*) that can be moved with the cursor keys.

If you have a PPC where you can plug in a USB mouse you can try and see what I am doing.

I got it work so far. The answer is TransparentImage and some manipulations. It works to 99%. Thanks to all who spend time on that issue.
