How do i make a ce program.

Ok i am an experinced vb programmer, as its my job, i also know alot of C. My question would be how do i write a program to run on my ipaq. I own Visual Studio 6 ee, is there anything else i need. I would specifically like to get started in writing games. Im sorry to post this since it has probably been asked before but msdn did not answer a single question.

Ya know, I ordered the freakin thing b/c at that time you couldn't download it. Why did they wait so long to give it up for download!!! I have broadband after all......aww mannnnn...<br>yeah, i know...5 bucks. well, it was $8.95. Thats like.....3 beers or 2 coronas...umm..i better go
