Moment: Taxi cab police evasion scene where "Leelu" dove off the side of a building into Corbin's cab THROUGH the roof. The police arrive and attempt to apprehend "Leelu". "Leelu" convinces Corbin to evade the police resulting in a chase and the two get away. During the scene, a tastefully selected Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan remix track is being played.

Movie: Alien vs. Predator
Scene: The very end, when an alien popped out of the predator's chest, with a predator mouth. Of course, being on the predator ship, it wouldn't stand much of a chance. But it was cool.

You didn't say TV shows, so there goes Third Rock From The Sun (love that show ). I guess, movie-wise, I like that scene in Star Wars in which "Greedo/Han shot first!" just to see all sortsa internet flame wars over it

Movie: the original Starship Troopers
Scene: When John Rico stands up to the tanker bug during a daytime battle on satellite Planet "P." Using only his carbine rifle, Rico manages to cut a hole into the golliath's exoskelleton despite its eratic bucking. He procedes to drop a fragmentation grenade into the beast and in one firey blast, blows a huge hole in the bug.
The moment is when he walks away in slow motion, covered with orange bug-blood, and the bug is slowly disintegrating behind him.
