If you purchased from Handango and no longer have your receipt, send an email to support@trisystech.com. Provide as much information you can, specifically the product(s) purchased, email address you purchased with, the Full name of the purchaser, the mailing address purchased with. We'll do a search on your product purchase and send you a new receipt so you can redownload it.
