Building View3d sample from the commandline?

I'm trying to build the View3d sample without using EdgeIDE, through the command line. The program exits on the phone at the texture loading portion. Where should the 'texture.png' and 'edgelogo.3ds' files be installed on the phone? Could you provide a sample .pkg file to explain?

And a broad question - if I want to use a number of bitmaps as textures, how and where should I store them on the phone?
