Earlier S60 editions are forward compatible with 5th edition devices. We never felt the need the include a native 5th edition library to the SDK.
However, we have native S60 5th edition libraries available for our licensees.

Thank you for reply,
I am registered user but I cannot see native 5th edition libs in all 4 downloads pages at My Account/Download SDK area
