BounceCE Sample BLANK?

I've downloaded and compiled BounceCE with no errors, but all I get on the screen is a blank screen that says there are 100 sprites, and then the FPS just keeps slowly getting lower and lower until I tap the screen.

Any suggestions?

If the sample requires external image files, did you copy them over to your Pocket PC to the appropriate directory?

I have looked through the program and did not see any referecne to copying image files, or what is an appropriate directory.

Can you tell me what folder to put them in, and is this a reference somewhere in the sample file...couldn;t this be in a "readme" somewhere so it's obvious, or at least print an error message in the program?

This is very frustrating, especially since it finally compiled with no errors, only not to work.

Ok I;ve copied balls.tga to program files\

to program files\bouncece
and to program files\cbuffer

still nothing... where is the "appropriate directory"
