well, I would understand it like this:
the music is free and you can use it anywhere you want as long as you don't claim that it's your music.
Leaving a note "music created by xyz" is expected.

Often the composer information and contact details are embedded into the file itself as strings, the names of blank instruments. Open a song up in a tracker like MODPlug and you can see it.

i own a recording studio, from 16 to 48 numeric tracks based on Yamaha AW (with all synth, guitars, drums, bass... u should need) , and i can write & record some music for you ( that can be wav, mp3, mid - or any format supported by cubase - ).
