Arrrrggggg! It doesn't

I download from
http://quake.pocketmatrix.com/download.php
and follow the instructions.

When starting the game the upper part of the screen is white and says Starting Quake. Lower part of the screen is the in-game menu. Then comes the box saying:
_________
Quake error: You must have the registered version to use mods. Ok.
___________

Far from ok though. The FAQ on this forum says download pak file again. I do, same result. I run an iPAQ 3360, 32MB. Tried these two exe-versions:
iPaq 38xx series (Thanks to Scott Ramsby)
iPaq 3100 (Thanks to Thomas Wilburn)
from the same source.

What's wrong? Anyone?`

You downloaded the wrong version, numb-nuts. Think about it, why are you downloading the H38xx or H31xx version when you've got an H3660?!

Thx for your SA reply. However, I got four choices:
iPaq, @migo, Pocket PC 2002
iPaq 38xx series (Thanks to Scott Ramsby)
iPaq 3100 (Thanks to Thomas Wilburn)
HP Jornada 720 (Thanks to Robert M Proie Jr)

HP and PPC 2002 does not seem like options. Solutions?

What kind of PocketPC do you have? Do you have
iPaq 38xx?
iPaq 3100?
HP Jornada 720?

Well what's your only remaining choice? The iPaq! The first one!
