pq and the 1945

What fps does the hp ipaq 1945 get in pq?
it said 14, in the sticky thread but that's just .4 fps slower then the 2215 wich is 400 mhz as compared to the 1945's 266. Thanks to anyone who responds.

The 1945 gets 14 fps in Quake while the 2215 gets 14.9 fps (that's on my 2215).

any idea why? is it because the processor is different?
