If you put the autoexec.cfg file in the ID1\ directory then the keys should be assigned properly (for the most part) for you already.

Okay I got it installed on my pocket pc and it runs really really fast, but the keys are all messed up. I copied the autoexec to the quake/id1 directory. How do I configure my keys.

Go into options or settings or whatever and key config, and then after you exit Quake go DELETE the autoexec.cfg file only.

Or you can open up autoexec.cfg in Notepad and just edit the keys and binds yourself manually, which is the prefered method.
