Question from Newbie the newbie

hey everybody - here's a really dmb question.<br>How do you set run forward and run backward to a key on the keyboard? <br><br>On my Jornada I have the always run option checked. When I use the slider - it works fine. "Quake man" runs forward and backward quickly. Whenever I set forward and backward to keys on my keyboard they doesn't seem to work for some reason. The character just takes him time stepping forward and backward slowly. Getting me killed pretty quickly. If I want the guy to run I have to hold down on the shift key. Why is that? I have the always run checked in options. Is this a problem with my config file?<br><br>Speaking of config files here's a question for Chuck. When I installed pocket quake v.61 I was using all the original stuff. Loading was horrible so I switched to your homemade config file (which did speed load times up quite a bit). On the original config file when I clicked on the bottom boxes I would get either quad damage or unlimited ammo. On your modified config those "keys" aren't marked. How do I stick them back in?<br><br>One more question for anyone. Can I turn off the demos to save on load time?<br><br>Thanks<br><br>k

yes turn off demos to speed it, and i havve no idea how to add the 'cheat buttons' you cheater
