I had a unit with dust under it. I wanted it FIXED not replaced. they replaced it. the new unit has no dust (for now) but I cant play quake. it crashes after 1 minute. I cant overclock it as well, it crashes. Called compaq, they say they dont support any 3rd party software. I told them it worked on my old unit and now it doesnt work on this one and they say they will have it 'checked out.' basicly what that means is they will run their diags on it and find nothing wrong and send it back to me with a note saying nothing is wrong. I know thats whats going to happen. Im so mad at them, im the customer and if I dont want the unit they sent me then they should give me another one. this one is substandard and crashes with CPU intensive games, it basicly SUX and I want another one. now it will take me weeks if I can even get one + I have to scream at them. is this the way a good computer company treats their customers????
