smaller wad for low memory

Hi !<br><br>Is there a smaller wad to download because the one with the original pak just leaves me 7.37 mg on my flashcard...<br>Second question : i cannot lanch the quake.exe : not enough memory error ... in the FAQ it's said 7 megs at least... i have 7.37 on the flash card but with quake installed on the regular memory...should i have 7 megs on regular memory ?<br>...please help

You need about 8mb of program memory to run PQ -(not storage mem). That depends on what PPC you are using. I have an iPAQ and need about 10mb of free prog mem to run PQ. Adjust it on the memory setings of your PPC.<br><br><br>Last modification: Diego Cueva - 06/05/01 at 15:04:08

well...i'm using a jornada 525...and i guess that i won't be able to use PQ because i cannot free that much on my operating system ...thanXs for the rply anyway !

jornada 525 only has 256 color screen anyway, does quake even support that?  I know its an old game and all, but I dunno...
