How do I open the console to type code?

How do I open the console to type code? I would imagine all the old cheats work, I can't find the button to bring it up on my IPAQ, anyone have the answer, also will my old registration # work?

You have to be in portrait mode. Press the onscreen button that says "Console".<br><br>Dan East
