What to do w/ source code? Instructions?

I've had my iPaq since last year but have just gotten around to using it for games (other than Solitaire!)  I've downloaded everything from the PocketQuake page but have no idea what to do w/ all the files in the new "source code" download.  Can anyone direct me to instructions?

you don't need the source unless you want to port pocketquake or modify it.. if you just want to run it you just need the pocketquake exe for your pocket pc and the PAK file.
