pocketquake error on compaq aero 2100 (WinCE 3.1)

Hello,<br><br>Im having problems running pq. It starts and<br>the graphics are clear. The init/about window<br>comes up fine. As soon as the 'x' is pressed<br>the screen goes out of sync... switching between<br>white and dark screens. The sound is choppy<br>but it sounds like the demo before you start<br>play.<br><br>Any help appreciated.<br><br>Cheers,<br>T<br>

I don't think it is, as of yet, compatible with the Aero 2100 device.

It's a problem with a misreport in your GAPI implementation. The 2100-series is the Color Pocket PC, right? You should be able to get a replacement gx.dll that fixes the bug from PocketGamer.org, which posted a link a while back. Run a search on old posts. I think the instructions were only in spanish, but it's gx.dll--not brain surgery.<br><br>That's assuming I'm correct that it's a PPC. If it's an HPC, you'd need a recompiled version of Rob's port, and I don't think he released the source for that yet.

I think I remember that post.  Something about it being in a different language though.  I should affect the dll at all, but the readme file probably won't be very comprehensible.
