The Samsung IPH-300 cell phone/pda runs a modified version of the PalmOS, not WindowsCE 3.0 (aka PocketPC) or greater. I doubt a cell phone would have enough battery power to run the PocketPC OS and Quake for more than 10 minutes. Some people can't even get their PocketPC batteries to last that long (although that is an extreme case, of course).
