well, none of these are completely what I envisioned for the PQ site.

I was thinking of something a little more rendered for the font. Then I thought of taking a ballpoint pen sketch of a few Quake characters, and blend it into a fullcolor rendering of those same characters. Sketch blending to full color rendering- doesn't make sense when you type it. But I can see it.

Anyway, at least you guys produced something. I haven't even scribbled out a rough sketch.

Ya, I wanted to make the font rendered looking as well, and maybe blur/pixelate the quake guy, but I lost interest so meh.

I think what would have really looked is have the 3d renderd quake 1/4 faded into ball point sketch, and a mosiac/fade on the bottom...
