I've tryed every thing I can think of to get a multiplayer game going between my win 98 se PC and my H3870 but it always says surver not found, just I can go on the net with with my ipaq. I've tryed changing my PC's ip to a static one but that didn't help any advice would be very help full.

Come on someone that visits this place must know how to get this going, considering the incredible knowledge base this place has I'm running windows 2000 pro now. Does active sync use TCP/IP I'm asuming it does because you can go on the net when it's in it's cradle.

And also it is possible to set up a remote survies host on my comp or does only XP support that? I'm looked all over microsoft for a surver but I can't find one.

I'm not an ActiveSync guru. My iPaq is normally connected to my PC via ethernet, and ActiveSync runs on top of that. Assuming ActiveSync over USB / Serial even establishes TCP/IP, then you need to find what TCP/IP address it assigns to your PC. It is not necessarily the same as in your TCP/IP settings for Dialup or Ethernet. It may also require some modifications to your Pocket PC registry to allow TCP/IP over your USB to your PC.
