Chuck, watch the profanity. There's a thread somewhere else where people are talking about chopper alley.

Dan East

But anyways, dan This is a great update i love the walls and i can see the floors alot noow too :) Before we had that whole grey thing goin on now its just a rare occurence. Buut yea i would love to be able to get to landscape mode. Could you make it a variable we could get to console maybe then we could just bind a key to close console...

Chuck, you could have fixed the grey walls before 0.06. I did. It's in the autoexec.cfg, you have to change r_edgessomething and something else. I is very nice that the worped walls are fixed, that was a really weird problem. And I agree with Chuck on Chopper Alley, they said it had "great" gameplay, but it's horrible! And there's no explosions!

Just wanted to say I got the chance to download and test the new beta today. I must say great job! It runs even smoother on my memory card and clocks in at a nice speed. No problem running my custom made maps. My "thule1" map loaded right up. Also as far as quiting out, I no longer have to restart my machine, simply click the exit icon in the corner and Im out. Cant wait for the next release, keep up the good work! -- XID

Yeah Xid, I was going to ask where we can get your map. We can always use a few more. :)

I've been thinking about offering a little bit of space for other PocketQuake maps, if this is okay with the creators. The creators can supply their own images and content, I'll just put it in the current HTML format for consistency sake. I'll also add a home/main page.

That way we'll at least have all the maps in one place.

Sorry Paul, I didn't realize you had all that other PocketQuake stuff on your site. I just assumed "PocketQuake for Jornada" meant the site was Jornada specific.

So I never paid much attention.

So nevermind, I guess we don't need another site.

Last modification: randall - 04/17/01 at 06:09:20

Thats ok, I havent really been spreading the news that the maps are there anyway, maybe I'll change the name tomorrow...

Since its no longer Jornada-specific I might as well put the ARM and MIPS stuff on there... until the brand spanking new PocketQuake page is launched, of course.

Last modification: Paul - 04/17/01 at 06:15:25

Yah, it'd be cool if all the pocketquake stuff could stay together. That doesn't mean people can't help.. If you want to help let me know.
