Okay, maybe it is me, but on the download page it offers the ARM something or another and the .pak file. Both files are the same when I download them and I have tried every compression program and I am not finding any .exe files in any of these folders.
Please tell me where to find the exe file. I have downloaded this 20 times and tried everything and there is no exe file that I can find. Please include links because I am so tired of looking at this point.
