I forgot how to setup reaperbot shortcut

I'm currently trying to create a shortcut for reaperbot, but not everything is working.

67#"\SD Card\Quake\PocketQuake.exe" -game rpbot -deathmatch 1 -skill 0

The "-game rpbot" does run reaperbot, but the "-deathmatch 1" and "-skill 0" don't do a thing. I want to run a deathmatch with the bots on the easiest difficulty but I just can't remember how you go about setting it up in the shortcut.

Ok, now I have this:

75#"\SD Card\Quake\PocketQuake.exe" -listen -game rpbot -deathmatch 1 -skill 0

However, the skill is still at 1 and the bots still kick my ass.
