Jornada 690

I have a Jornada 690 and have everything installed correctly ( i think ), and when I run it, I get the error of: "Cannot find 'PocketQuake (or one of its components).  Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all the required libraries are available."   I have the gx.dll in the Windows directory and when I go to the System icon in the Control Panel, it says that I have:  "Microsoft Windows CE, Handheld PC Edition Version 3.01:  Core System Version 2.11, Pocket Internet Explorer Version 3.01"  etc.  Does this mean I have Windows CE 3 or 2.11?  If I have 2.1, how do I upgrade?<br><br>Thanks!
