PPCs don't have "drives" at all.

Why can't it be a drive?  I like drives.  Couldn't it be called simply a flash drive... or a RAM drive?  Sure it could... just like a floppy drive or a CD-ROM/R/RW drive.   So I think it's a drive.  I call this "\" the RAM drive and this "Storage Card\" the Flash Drive or Flash Hard Drive (if you have a Microdrive)  or it could just be called the Compact Flash or CF drive.  How's that?

Yeah, but it's not really a storage 'card', per se.  It doesn't look like a card (well the MMCs are cards.. they even resemble those old TG16 cards.. but they can still be called flash memory, if you ask me)  especially if it's a microdrive, then it's definitely not a card, it's a drive.
