E115 Problem

I've just downloaded PocketQuake006_MIPS and the 8Mb filr which I've put on my storage card following the instructions but when I try to play it comes up with the messageW_LoadWadFile: couldn't load gfx.wad.<br><br>What have i done wrong?<br><br>Help?<br><br>Ta<br><br>Neil

Where did you put the files?

/Storage Card/quake/ID1 - autoexec.cfg & pak0.pak.gz<br><br>/Windows/Start Menu/Programs/Games PocketQuake.exe<br><br>I allready had gx.dll with the same ddate and size in my windows directory.<br><br>Any ideas?<br><br>Thanks<br><br>Neil

You must not have unzipped the pak0.pak.gz file one time. Windows Explorer is probably set to "Hide File Extensions" on your PC, so you can't see that the file is actually still zipped: pak0.pak.gz.zip<br><br>If you unzip it twice, then it will not be gzipped (.gz), and will be more than twice its original size. Of course it will load several times faster, but you must have room for the larger file on your storage card.<br><br>Dan East
