ipaq+pocketquake=freezing up

hi all, i am a super newbie to this pocketpc stuff - my pocketquake keeps freezing up, resulting in me having to reset my whole ipaq.  I don't know how to see how much space i have for my programs or anything, i just wanna know how to stop making pocketquake freeze, and how to get it running at optimal speed - hd space is not an issue

well go to settings, then to memory, then move the bar over towards storage and it will make the program memory more. program memory = normal ram that programs run out of.
