IPAQ PQ error on startup can't load gfx.wad

Hey I need some guidance here.... I have followed the install instructions to the letter and when I tried to launch the program it errors imediately saying: Quake Error W_LoadWadFile: Couldn't load gfx.wad HELP!! THANKS
