Making a PPCready mod?

Making a PPCready mod?

Postby Gleeb » Aug 15, 2001 @ 9:25pm

Hi, I'm in the middle of a mod, and I'm soon getting a PPC, I don't know which brand or model, coz someone in a totally different state is buying it as a present, so I thought I might as well make my mod PPC-ready. I've read through the forum and so far picked up that the levels need to be high contrast, low poly, and might need a special .CFG

Is that everything, or is there anything else I need to know?

That sounds like it. Just make sure the wpolies are really low, and even epolies will slow down PQ.

oh, and make sure you have the pop.lmp file in it, and then have it available for download on anoher site so eveyone can use custom maps illegally. Oh wait, don't do that, nevermind. What was I thinking...........
