400MHz = 7.8FPS
300MHz = 7.2FPS

It is quite playable at 8 FPS. Plus, you can optimize the game by editing the autoexec.cfg file to lower the quality but speed it up to past 10 FPS. Remeber, that's average. Half the time it will be faster than that, the other half it will be slower.
