I've never gone skiing, yet if I want to move to Switzerland after college, I think I should learn how to...

Did anyone just see NBC National news today (2/13)? They had a story about skiing in Austria. They have people scouting around for little kids to start training for skiing. NBC showed some little kids, and I mean little (can barely stand) skiing down a mountain! It was the funniest thing I have ever seen, well, not really, just funny. They had this 15-year-old kid that was training for skiing, and he said "ja, in Austria, ve ski, und in America, ze kids learn to play das football". Do we have any Austrians on this forum? I don't think so...
