Is it just me, or does the new morpheus suck ass? I cant even get anything to download. I keep getting retrying host. I was working fine before, now I can get shit, why did they have to change it?

because they are bitches. afaik they changed from the kazaa technology to gnutella. i switched to kazaa now btw

change your connection speed to something more reasonable... I'm really liking the new Morpheus... After I changed my connection speed to 28.8 (my internet connection speed) it started working, and I started to actually get good results and stuff.

no no no dont bitch about the morpheus guys. they got fucked by sharman networks, the people who run the kazaa/morpheus-style technology.

what happened is, because morpheus isnt spyware and kazaa is, the guys at the networks decided to 'upgrade' so morpheus couldnt work anymore but kazaa could because kazaa makes them money and fucks up our PCs, the bastards.

so now the morpheus guys had to switch to an entirely different network - gnutella.

it stinks, i havent used the new morpheus yet though.

I agree with Paul. If you have a look at the "home page" that comes up the boss explains the problems they had.

Only thing I found a bit ironic was the way he reckons that the person / people who took down morpheus / kazaa could have broken federal law.

Of course, I know that anyone here who uses morpheus doesn't use it for illegal stuff.
