The Canon S30(3megapixal), or if you can afford it, the Canon S40(4mp). I have been using the S40 for a month or two now and I love it, fits in my pocket, awesome 4mp pictures, decent zoom for its size(3x), Great battery life, Takes 30-120 seconds of video. The list goes on, I suggest you check them out.
