Sky is the best, but it hasn't improved since Doom.
Water is the worst I've seen, it's totally unrealistic.
Fire is greating PRETTY close to real.
Aircraft and weapons are good, too. Characters are off by a bit.

MX is substantially slower than regular and because of those fewer pipelines those same number of features probably just bog the thing down. I mean it works great, who needs some $600 graphics card unless they want to render Toy Story in real time. I say MX is pretty good and usually the way to go. The Ultra and normal are unreasonably expensive because Nvidia thinks they have a monopoly, but Radeon is faster in a couple games and only slightly behind in others. I prefer radeon because it uses technology to go faster instead of brute force higher clock speeds, which means Radeon is cooler and uses less power. But I'm thinking from a laptop perspective, mostly.

Radeon is a great card for its price. The best one is about on par to a GeForce 4 TI 4200. I still prefer Nvidia over ATI tho. My brother has a Radeon. I have less graphical glitches and incompatability problems on my GeForce 4. UT 2003 and U2 still have a few bugs with the Radeon chipset. It will be fixed by the time they are released. I could also overclock mine more on its fan that it came shipped with :D

As for the environment bunpmapping, Giants might have software environmental bump-mapping. Thats pretty damn good for something released 5 years ago.
