Just purchased a copy of Falcon4: Allied Force and some new headphones for my ipod since my old ones broke. For the most part though im saving the money I make at work to pay for my house and for my food during the school year. Since my parents got into an accident with their altima, they are going to give me that insurance money so I can buy a car for myself, of course im putting some of my own money into it too, 50% or more is goign to be my own money.

Personally im trying to get a 2nd gen RX7, If I cant get that, maybe a miata or 300zx I dunno right now.

Also Im going to be buying a nintendo DS from a friend on tuesday for $90, good deal I guess lol.

Would love to purchase a better joystick too, my Saitek X45 is good and all, but I could use a better stick for Falcon4 =) But im really trying to save money to tell you the truth.

I bought Meteos for the DS, quite the addictive little puzzle game, certainly the most intense puzzle game I've ever played. Made by the same people who did Lumines, and most say its better than it, but I havent played that one yet myself. First puzzle game I enjoyed since Tetris. 8)
Makes good use of the stylus, wonder if they'll start imitating the gameplay on PPCs, like all those tetris clones.

Other than that, nada.

Crosswind technique: "Using your peripheral vision, react to body movements, gasps, groans, and shouts from the other side of the cockpit, and always remember that it's better to be lucky than good."

Stop showing me those pictures! I almost pass out with desire every time I see them... ;)

I ordered a MS bluetooth keyboard/mouse set for my HTPC, and a few other cheap computery bits and bobs. I finally got around to ordering some new glasses (spectacles) which cost me ~600euros.

I also paid my brother's rent and some other debts because he's getting divorced and the UK child support agency/etc are bending him over and screwing him.

Finally the missus has been going to interviews and failing to get a job (not her fault, just no jobs in her field of expertise around here). So I'm depressed and feeling like a pauper right now. How on earth we're ever going to afford a house I'll never know.

To end on an up-note, the incompetant person in my department at work realised they weren't cutting it and got a job elsewhere. Horrah!
