To spicen up this one a little.. what are the ones you people DO like?

Since a while the Keizers household also has a DVD player [two, actually if you count the PS2] And now I'm starting a DVD collection. Mostly ones I've seen, like Alien, Aliens, Hannibal etc.

Any good recommendations for my collection? Is Shrek nice?

Oh my yes. Space Balls and Blazing Saddles have some of the funniest scenes ever put on film.

Some of my favorites:
The Princess Bride (obviously!)
The Shawshank Redemption (of course)
The Abyss (Special Edition with long ending)
Alien and Aliens (never get tired of these)
Nothing to Lose (I dunno, Martin Lawrence makes me laugh)
Highlander (there can be only one, and there should have been!)

The losers:
The Ninth Gate (yawn)
Eye of the Beholder (Ashley Judd and Ewan McGregor)
Momento (yawn)
Highlander 2
sooooo many others.
