I'm sorry we don't all have Grammar Checkers to tell us if we are being "Too American"

You don't think that the UK has incorrect sayings?
The whole English languish is formed upon the incorrect saying and spelling of other words. English is a mixture of many words from other languishes, which have been shortened/ slashed/ slaughtered into what they are now.

American English is just UK English that has changed to suit our needs.

Since the rant is on..... I hate it when people say "It's in the last place you look" Of course it is!!!! Who goes around looking for something once they have already found it? The real saying is "It's in the last place you'd (you would) look" That makes sense.

Yeah, that's similar to those statistics you hear "most car wrecks happen within one mile of the home" or "most accidents happen within the home". Duh, where are [most] people at more than anywhere else? Home. What road do you drive on more than any other? The one in front of your house.

Those studies are so ignorant. And these statistical studies receive FEDERAL FUNDING!! I'd much rather see that money go to stem cell research or to cancer research laboratories or nano technology implementations.
