Czech Republic

MISSIONARIES! Sorry, but Christian missionaries is the one thing the world can live without. Please don't say you're going to "help" the orphans with faith and crap. You're going there to...buy the orphans some Hallah bread from the Jewish quarters in Prague! They have the best Hallah bread (bread made with a lot of butter), you have to try it.

Wait, I just thought of something, if you're going to see orphans, they may not speak English...and why are you going to the Czech Republic when there's plenty of orphans in North America? Chris, just say it's a vacation , you know it is.

ok, so i know how to say hello, and goodbye in czech... and sing a few cheezy stupid songs...

I'm not exactly sure what it's going to turn out being... probably gonna be a bit of missions, and a bit of vacation.

I agree, there are plenty of orphanages here in Canada/North America... but it's funner going overseas... I've never been overseas before...

Ahoy!

Too bad they don't have a missionary thing to australia. I'd love to go back to Sydney. Was the Czech Republic part of the USSR, or am I thinking of something else?

HOW DO YOU SAY HELLO AND GOODBYE!! I need to know! *eyes become extremely bloodshot* There better be some cool accent marks in it, that's the cool part about the language. 8)

The Czech Republic used to be joined with Slovakia, called Czechoslovakia (yes, they just split the name in half), and they were controlled by the USSR. After the fall, and independence, instead of having a senseless civil war like Yugoslavia, they peacefully divided the country into two (they had 2 ethnic groups). The Czech Republic and Slovakia are not 3rd world countries, they are the same as Austria and Hungary, because of their peaceful resolution, they've avoided conflict poverty, which is common in Africa.
