You know what other song I like to hear? "Steven Curtis Chapman - Dive" ... except it's Christian music if that bothers you. It's subtle, though.

I usually listen to linkin park when im upset, my friend got me started listing to them last year. A the scary thing was back then some of the lyrics actually applied almost exactly to what was going on in my life at the time which I guess is why it helped.
