"poe" ebonics for 'poor'

I modded my case with a spectrum analyze on the bottom front, two bars, one on the left side one on the right. 6 LEDs in each bar.
Goes something like this, it looks REALLY cool because they're blue and white and stuff, and they bounce with the music I play, kicks!

And the right hand side is inversed the other way. The lowest level is two inches apart. (ignore the periods, I had to put them in to space it out properly)

Ok, I know this is off-topic, but I really need a new video card and didn't really want to make another thread for such a simple answer.

Is video card and graphics card the same thing? Sometimes I search for video cards and graphics cards pop up. Thx in advance.
