First of all, your Spectrum does NOT have a greater selection of software, since I have been emulating that on my PDA since I had my (32 MB of RAM) e105. I gotta say that Paperboy on any platform is awesome, though.
Alrighty, I know that the new AMD MIPS chip is probably running at 400 MHz and for sure is only 32-bit. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that it showed up in a WinCE device, like the Jornada 920 PPC or whatever. I am also pretty sure that the BE-300 only has an 83 MHz SDRAM interface. I still love my MIPS device(s) because my e105's hardware still kicks arse. Screw your piece of crap BE-300. You have no speaker, your screen sucks, your OS sucks, your memory sucks, and YOU suck for not getting an e105 back in the day. Back in the day, it was e10x or be left behind, baby. Too bad all the great software that we have now available to the same hardware (e115) wasn't available for the e105 when it made its debut.
You BE-300 people are starting to annoy me. I don't care about your piece of crap. wow. nice processor. So? It still sucks. It's not a good deal, either. I got my 3635 iPAQ new for $300 and my friend got an em500 for like $160. The em500 is a pretty good device if you put MMC memory in it. I think it looks prettier than the iPAQ. It's small, too.
Your BE-300 sucks because you didn't have the balls to buy a real PPC. And if you like Casio, I think that the E-200 is the best PPC out right now. I want to buy a Cassiopeia that has an XScale processor in it, though.
And Sh(it)3 HP Jornadas? Well, those just suck. Period.
Die, Palm, Die. If that offended you, then get rid of your Palm OS device.
