You use stones? I have always wondered what the conversion was, is it 12lbs-1stone?

You'll have to forgive my use of metrics. We don't use that other crap in this part of the world.

Weight: 108 kg.
Height: 183 cm.
Age: 19

I know, I know.. I'm overweight. I truthfully admit I eat bad food, like I love chips and the occasional ice cream or a pizza once every two months; but my overweight is mostly the result of my genes. I have my grandfather's. Man was he a large dude. I know because I look very much like him. I am however trying to improve my condition; with great success. I go to the gym and excersise twice a week, under the supervision of a physical therapist. Not the kind of steroid taking, bodybuilding crowd. Mostly rehabilitation and condition improvement oriented. I can really notice the difference; not in size but in overall fitness. I have a much better condition then when I started a year and a half ago.

my father on the other hand is an incredibly small man [size wise] He could live inside of my three times over. Luckily [?] he's enlarging a bit. He quit smoking and gains a couple of kilos as a result of it.
