Just read the italicized parts.

That age difference isn't bad at all. I was really scared man, scaaaared.

She was replying to you with a text message: in my experience, I just want to get the message out in as little space as possible. If it had been me, I'd have sent a '1'. Which means "Yes motherfucker, I got your message. Why the fuck is a dude text messaging me?" Don't fucking text message me. Exclamations mean I'm excited. Yes, that kind. ;) I know that's the way I'd feel if I knew I was about to jump into a pull with a bunch of half-nekked girls who want to push some balls around.

Next time you're sitting together, just ask her if you can put your head in her lap. When she inevitably says yes, tell her how smelly she is. That'll keep her on her toes.

Brig should NEVER drink.

Seriously, sounds like she's not looking for anything lasting. Which is supported by the (girls are trouble) and the fact that she's gotten with two of her brother's friends. Put it down like a playa, throw some strength in to your pimp hand, hit it and forget it.
Truth is a possession.

Courtney, you're reading too much into everything. Just ask her to lunch. She won't say no, who in their right mind would refuse a free meal outside of the house?

Ohh, and on Moose's comment... we don't really have any nice sit down restaurants in town, so if I wanted to take someone to lunch ... I could either take them to a shitty cookie-cutter restauraut which wouldn't raise any eyebrows.. but being such a small community, it might.

If I went to a nice restaurant, its about a 20 minute drive to Layton, which takes away the whole "just Lunch" thing.

any other suggestions for a "just friends" activity?

Cheap cookie cutter restaurants are far better than a nice restaurant for a casual first date. You want to have fun on a first date, you want to make her laugh, you want to get a lot of small talk in ... but don't try to fill a gap in the conversation. Let there be a couple silences. You don't want to intimidate her by taking her to some plush restaurant. First date = have casual fun. It's that simple.

Nearly every morning, this black Chevy Malibu passes by me during the morning routine and this group of girls in the car wave to me. I don't know where they go, it's in the opposite direction of the school. I also never had an oppurtunity to meet them, for if I turned around, I'd be very late to school, and the traffic makes it impossible. A few months ago, I got my own article in the local newspaper about my car, I thought perhaps the girls saw the article (which EVERYBODY in southeast Massachusetts did...seriously, I get people running up to me all over the place saying "I saw your article! I thought it was so interesting that I cut it out and it's on my refrigerator!"). Well, I never got a letter or anything from them, but the waving in the morning never ceased. Then yesterday, I went to the hospital for X-rays (shoulder bursitis..) and when I returned to my car there was a piece of paper on the windshield, FROM THOSE GIRLS! It says "We [heart] you Warren! (and your car!) XOXO The redheads in the black car". That was pretty cool, but they left no contact information, so I still have no way of contacting any of them. Obviously they did see the article for they knew my name. I saw them this morning and we waved to eachother, making it clear that I saw the paper. What should I do?
