ok, that's very expensive. When I said cheap, I meant CHEAP, like 10 bucks or something. I bought it from the campus store, they made some kinda deal with waterloo. They were still selling version 5 when 6 was already out or something like that.

just checked, here they are still selling v6 (and below), v7 and v8 for respectively 5, 15, and 25 dollars.
So you should probably be able to get a better deal than $80 as well.
