John, you better stop spending your Dad's money on Pocket PCs and other "techie stuff," and go see a psychologist ASAP. Your low self esteem could and probably will, lead to a plethora of problems when you are an adult, exspecialy when you're a young adult (16-24). I had low self esteem like you when I was a 6th to 10th grader.
I was a little chubby and my best friend always acted like I was 500 pounds, because he was always calling me fat. A few other kids made fun of me too for being like 20 pounds overweight. I also was short and I looked like a little kid because puberty hit me late. While all my friends were dating girls, I was alone, depressed, and angry. I became anorexic. I was once 5'4 and 120 pounds, and I became 5'8 and 80 pounds! I almost died.
I droped out of highschool because I was too sick to do schoolwork. I was anorexic for 2 years (14 to 16). I then damaged my brain from starving myself for 2 years and developed a disorder called OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). I now am 19 and am not underweight (infact I'm about 15 pounds overweight! Time to start exercising

), I take medicine for my OCD and am now 99% cured of OCD, and I got my highschool diploma, and am now going to college for a Computer Science degree.
The point I'm trying to make is that I spent a good 7 years or so, worrying about what others thought, and I basically wasted the majority of my teen years. So if you have self esteem problems (which it's pretty ovious you do), go talk to a psychologist, because sometimes your Mom, Dad, Grandparents, Uncle, Aunt, etc. don't and won't understand, no matter how much they love you.
