i bought from cyber power for my current computer. it's been great except i've had two cdburners die, and a video card. luckily they've replaced all of it, especially considering i think i burned out the previous video card. they're cheap and pretty nice long as you don't have to call tech support (they arent the best english speakers).

I personally update my graphics card every 2 generations. I went from a 3DFX Voodoo3 to a GeForce 2 to a GeForce 4. My upgrade is coming up soon. My GeForce 4 has lasted me much longer than I anticipated, I can still run every game I throw at it nicely.
