The polls are coming in and it looks like Bush got cock-slapped (pun intended?).

Anyone watch the debate? What did you think? I'll vote when I get a chance to watch them.

To be honest, I thought they both lost. I finished watching the debate with a taste of bitter discontent in my mouth. Both have mouths that are merely spickets for political rhetoric and posturing, and they both have so many character flaws it's appaulling. Kerry thinks that he has agood plan for medicare, and he believes that Social Security can work... and Bush can't even form coherent, gramatically correct sentences. I suppose I cede the debate to Kerry based purely upon his talent for actually speaking proper English, but it's a cop-out and I won't lie... that for once, Bush made me feel sort of sympathetic to some of his policy. That said, I still can't begin to agree with Bush on any foriegn issue or womens, gay, or anyone elses rights... therefore I'm still definitely behind Kerry.

yah the numbers the media comes up with are so stupid. They are very biased and I dont beleive the represent a darn thing. If they came to the county I live in, the polls would probably show about 70-80% bush and 20-30% Kerry.

There is only one certainty: no matter who wins, it's going to be an interesting election. It's nice that Kerry's leading again, but I wouldn't bet money based on the polls.
