In keeping with the lucid dream thread, have any of your ever experienced out of body travel? I was just laying in my bed for what seemed like an hour and had vivid images of moving around my surrounding area intellectually. I swear I can tell you what color and kind of cars are parked in front of the building right now in the correct order.
I then feel myself breathe again and I'm aware of my body. I look at the clock and it's only been 2 minutes.
What do you all think of this kind of stuff?

I tried really hard to lucid for about a month, but never quite made it. some of the techneques are good for when you just can sleep. You lay in bed, and relax every muscle in your body to the point that you are unable to move them without a big mental effort. Start with your toes..
Also, the key to lucidity is knowing your dreaming, so she suggested asking yourself if you are dreaming while doing average stuff throughout the day.. that way you will be more likely to ask that while you are dreaming.
