Sony's EULA

Now, I'm sure we've all heard about Sony's rootkit DRM crap (if not, check this Slashdot article) but have you seen the accompanying EULA? As much as I hate to agree with the Slashdot hippies, I think it's becoming clear that media companies are going to keep treating us like criminals. I don't need to be told what I can and cannot do with the CD I bought from them. What does everyone else think?

they have GPLed code in their DRM program but haven't released the source to their DRM program, which causes a wide open route for any number of viruses to enter the system totally undetected.

Microsoft is actively working against Sony's DRM, too, saying that it is a threat to the security of Windows systems. Not too difficult for MS to take sides, since Sony is heading up that stupid Blu-Ray disc format instead of HD-DVD.
