I have a lot more to say on this topic, but I'll keep it short. Seperation of Church and State does not mean that every fucking thing that is property needs to be religion free. "In God we trust" should be taken off our money. If you're an atheist, you don't believe in God, so clearly you won't trust in God, so why do you give a damn if it's on the money? It's not telling you believe in God or you can't use the money. What inconvienence does this cause? None, that's right. So shut the fuck up and stop ruining our country with this PC bullshit. There's a line that needs to be drawn, and we're passed where that line should've been drawn.

For God's sake, the town's name is THE CROSSES. What else should be on their logo? Rainbows and bunnies? Oh wait, that might show gay affiliation, can't have that now...might offend someone who's not gay.

Which is the vast majority, which means we win in a democracy.

But yeah, what Caesar said.

Freedom of religion does not mean freedom from religion.

Yeah, the pledge is pointless and "In God we trust" doesn't need to be on our money, but it is. How offensive is that really? Besides, it made us different from the atheistic Soviet Union, which is why the God stuff is where it is.

All the please everyone bullshit is pointless and is going to destroy our country. Some people honestly need to learn to suck it up like the rest of us. If someone offends you, do you immediately run to the police and report them as breaching such and such from the Bill of Rights? No, that'd make you a pussy.

Republican youth? Who?

Trae: Republic and Democracy are interchangeable in colloquial use, despite whatever the dictionary says they really mean; and you know that.

If someone wants to challenge me when I call our Nation a democracy then I'll do the same. Calling people pussies for invoking what they feel to be their rights is not a valid argument. Were our founding fathers pussies for wanting representation? Were the pussies for wanting freedom from a state imposed religion?

No, at the time it was a counter to the state imposed nonreligiousness of the Soviet Union.
